Top Las Vegas Communities - WEST
ALIANTE - 1165 acres of residential development, 100 acres for shopping, dining, and entertainment venues within the community, 428 acres dedicated to recreation and public use.
SUMMERLIN - 22,500 acres with 90 neighborhood and village parks, more than 90 miles of recreational trails, and eight golf courses, including two Tournament Player's Club courses. Summerlin has 16 schools, both public and private, as well as a Community College of Southern Nevada facility. Other amenities are medical centers, business parks, cultural centers and shopping centers. Today, there are more than 50 neighborhoods in Summerlin, some of which are age-qualified.
QUEENSRIDGE - 840 acre guard-gated community in northwest Las Vegas. This elegant community boasts a clubhouse, fitness center, five private parks and the badlands golf course. It is located near shopping, entertainment, and recreational facilities.
RHODES RANCH GOLF CLUB - 1,300 acre community with guard-gated entry. Executive semi-custom, and custom homes are built around an 18 hole golf course. Fountains, lakes, and hundreds of palm trees grace this community. The development will include 3200 homes at build-out.
SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS - 2300 acres set in the foothills of southwest Las Vegas. Planned amenities for the community include hiking, jogging, and bike trails, parks, a marketplace and business center. Top Las Vegas Communities - EAST
LAKE LAS VEGAS RESORT - Lake Las Vegas Resort is a $5 billion, 2600 acre residential and resort community surrounding a privately owned, 320 acre lake with 10 miles of shoreline. An internationally recognized project, Lake Las Vegas, at completion, will include 6 luxury hotels, 5 championship gold courses, world class shopping and dining, estate and single family custom and semi-custom residencies and a 20 acre wetland park.
GREEN VALLEY - 7100 acre community with 74000 residents. One of the most successful master-planned communities, Green Valley offers single family residences, affordable townhomes, custom homes and estates, and luxury apartments. There are many schools, public and private, golf courses, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
GREEN VALLEY RANCH - 1310 acres with 775 acres of residential neighborhoods and 310 acres for retail, medical, and a gaming hotel. Parks, schools, recreation centers, churches, and bike paths occupy more than 200 acres.
SEVEN HILL - 1300 acres which will include more than3000 homes. The master plan provides for 25 neighborhoods, city parks, neighborhood parks, open space areas, and miles of walking/jogging trails.
ANTHEM - Anthem contains 5000 acres and is Henderson's fastest growing master-planned community. Upon completion, Anthem should have a population of 30,000. The guard-gated country club area and the age-qualified neighborhood are distinctive features of Anthem. Common amenities include commercial centers, a 55 acre city park, nature trails, and landscaped common areas.
MACDONALD HIGHLANDS - This master plan calls for low density. Custom homesites range from 1/3 acre to 2 acres. MacDonald Highlands features a private golf and country club with a championship 18 hold course.
