Meet Darren Hildreth, Realtor
Darren Hildreth grew up in the Big Sky state of Montana in a small town called Dillon. His father and grandfather manufactured modular homes and spec homes and developed several subdivisions.. They were involved in many real estate transactions for homes, land, and rental units. They currently manage and own and sell many apartment units and plots of land which they developed. It is likely that Darren acquired his love for real estate projects from his family.
Darren spent 2 years in Mexico living and serving among the people on an LDS service mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (The Mormons). Upon returning, he went to Brigham Young University where he graduated with a bachelors degree in Business Management and a minor in Spanish.
It was in business school that Darren caught the real vision of what could be done in real estate. He studied some of the apartment complexes he lived in. One had some 50 units with up to 6 students crammed into each. Students paid around $250/month for rent. Doing the math was mind boggling. The owners of the buildings were making a killing!
Darren took many trips to the book store to gain an additional education from others who had already made it happen. He gleamed from principles taught by Donald Trump, Robert Kyosaki, and many others who excelled in real estate ventures. He took what he learned in business school and applied it to his new found principles.
Shortly after Darren graduated from business school he purchased a duplex to live in while getting established. He and his wife lived there nearly rent free. From there he took on rehab projects in which he learned that money could also be made in repairing and reselling distressed properties. He also learned that time is of the essence in real estate transactions and investments.
He took his career to Las Vegas, NV to be close to family and to excel in the real estate market. As a real estate agent he challenged himself to aid others in the sale or purchase of their homes and investments. He began to focus on a first time home buyers and sellers as well as investors and Spanish speaking people.
His goals in real estate investing have grown as he focuses on helping others make money in real estate transactions. He can help you to invest in single family living homes, apartment complexes, duplexes, triplexes, four-plexes, etc. He can help you purchase or sell your property whether you live there or whether you use it as an investment. |
Meet Nate Barnhill, Realtor
Nathanael (Nate) Barnhill grew up in a little town in southwest Oklahoma. Nathanael’s mother named him after the New Testament Disciple whom Jesus saw under the fig tree and then later proclaimed, “in whom is no guile.” Nate works hard to live up to the nature of his name and maintains that standard of honesty and integrity in his business dealings. Nate comes from a strong LDS (Mormon) background and attends The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints regularly. Nate’s religious upbringing has helped him develop strong morals and standards that have been a staple and a basis for the decisions that he makes.
Nate was born to a family of five. He is number four in line with two older sisters and an older brother and then a younger sister. Even though it’s a rare occasion that his whole family is together, he enjoys what time he does get with them. Nate spends his free time hanging out with his wife and their friends, tending to his church duties, and on rare occasions (due to his busy schedule) working out in the gym. Nate feels that it is very important to strive to keep an equal balance of church, family, work, and play.
Nate first came to the great city of Las Vegas as a missionary for the LDS (Latter-day Saints) or The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was called to serve in the Nevada Las Vegas West Mission. Many who understand the “Mormon” culture recognize the common practice of calling young men of the LDS faith to serve in different places throughout the world to teach others about their beliefs. After two weeks in Las Vegas, Nate knew that he would return after his two years as a missionary were over. Not only did he notice the thriving industry, he saw the great potential and opportunity for business; he also grew to enjoy and love the people of Las Vegas.
Since his return to Las Vegas Nate has found that his assumptions were accurate, opportunity is abundant. After a short stint in the Civil Engineering field he worked as a Sales Representative for the highest producing home security office in Las Vegas. This is where Nate and Darren first became acquainted. Here they received training from some of the best in the Home Security Industry, Marketing Industry, and Sales Profession. After a very short time Nate and Darren were promoted to Sales Managers. The office then experienced its highest production month after month as Nate and Darren worked diligently with the other Sales Managers to boost moral and give excellent training.
Nate and Darren quickly developed a great business relationship. When working on assignments together they found they were creative, resourceful, supportive, and most of all, they got the job done. Nate and Darren have a strong interest in real estate as well as a great working relationship and friendship.
